Meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel in Casablanca to begin your tour of Fès / Fez. Start by visiting the University of Kairaouine, the oldest university in the world, located in the heart of the medina.
During your visit, enjoy a panoramic view of Fez, the entrance to the royal palace and other schools such as the Madrasa Bouanania and Madrasa Al-Attarine. Next, visit the Nejjar tannery fountain, the Mellah or Jewish quarter and the 17th-century Ibn Danan synagogue. While visiting the medina, stop for lunch. Once you've finished exploring the medina, your guide will accompany you to meet your driver for a departure around 4.30pm for Casablanca.
The tour ends with a return to your hotel. If you wish, you can also simply stay in Fez at the end of the tour.
